Call for contributions – Elgar Encyclopedia of Legal Ethics

The Elgar Encyclopedia of Legal Ethics is looking for contributors for the following entries:

lawyers in non-lawyer organisations (MDPs, ABS);

cross-border practice;

overseas lawyers;

special advocacy;

Prosecution ethics;

Complaints,

Advertising (incl publicity and solicitation);

disclosure/discovery; 

duties to regulators;

duties to clients incl disclosure to clients;

termination of representation;

Duties to third parties (harms) incl opponents,

litigants in person,

witnesses,

third party funders;

sexual (mis)conduct incl relations with co-workers and relations with clients;

legal advice;

funding agreements;

Communication with non-clients – incl instructing expert witnesses;

Disciplinary structures and procedures;

bringing profession into disrepute;

(taking) instructions;

lawyers providing non-legal services incl Lobbying.
