witnesses,
third party funders;
sexual (mis)conduct incl relations with co-workers and relations with clients;
legal advice;
funding agreements;
Communication with non-clients – incl instructing expert witnesses;
Disciplinary structures and procedures;
bringing profession into disrepute;
(taking) instructions;
lawyers providing non-legal services incl Lobbying.
