On Friday 17 November 2023 the VSR (The Dutch-Flemish Association for the Socio-Legal Study of Law) and VWR (The Netherlands Association for Philosophy of Law) will organise a study day entitled ‘Multi-disciplinary approaches to the rule of law’ at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The study day will feature a keynote address from Professor Sanne Taekema (EUR), a reaction from Professor Marc Hertogh (RUG) and three round table discussions on (1) sustainable rule of law; (2) transnational rule of law; and (3) digitalisation and the rule of law.
