Ter gelegenheid van het emeritaat van prof. dr. Thomas Mertens organiseert de Vaksectie Rechtsfilosofie van de Radboud Universiteit een hybride afscheidsconferentie op donderdag 7 april (9.00-17.00). Deze conferentie staat in het teken van twee thema’s die het onderzoek van Thomas Mertens kenmerken: het werk van de Duitse filosoof Immanuel Kant en het idee van de mensenrechten. Tijdens de conferentie zal een aantal internationale collega’s en vrienden van Thomas Mertens hun onderzoek naar deze thema’s voorstellen.
U bent van harte uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan de conferentie. De voertaal is Engels. Hieronder kunt u het programma vinden.
